Surface Readiness Requirements
For best results, ensure the substrate is:
- Firm, clean, dry, and structurally sound
- Free from dust, grease, loose particles, or surface contaminants
- Completely cleared of curing compounds or shuttering oils
- Chalky layers must be brushed off using stiff bristles
- Cracks, holes, or uneven areas should be levelled with an approved repair compound prior to application
Application Conditions
- Substrate temperature must be between 10°C and 40°C
- Do not apply on surfaces exposed to moisture, seepage, or damp weather
- Application should be carried out in dry and stable environmental conditions for proper bonding and curing
